Have you got an interest in Adult Social Care, health and local community services?
East Sussex County Council have published two new consultations which may well affect you. One is to restrict eligibility for services to only those people who have ‘critical needs' and the other is to simplify the way they calculate Disability Related Expenditure.
Get involved and have your voice heard - either by completing the online questionnaire or perhaps attending one of the two meetings in public that East Sussex LINk are arranging.
to access the consultations either contact E.Sussex LINk on 01323 51410 or go online to:

We also have a forum running on: ESDA forums
East Sussex County Council have now agreed due to additional funding from the Government NOT to cut the eligibility for services to people who meet the substantial criteria, as proposed.
