I am working as Citizen Involvement Worker for the Putting People First Team in East Sussex County Council.
Putting People First is a new way of delivering Adult Social Care services so people can stay healthy and live as independently as possible. It is gradually being introduced throughout East Sussex this year.
My role is to support service users and carers to give their views about different aspects of Putting People First so we can get things right at this stage.
Over the next year, there will be a number of opportunities to get involved. Some are listed on the next page, and more will be coming up.
This is a very important role that will enable us to give you the best possible service in the future.
If you are interested in any of these opportunities, I am happy to meet you to give you more information and let you know how we can support you to play a role in this process.
You can contact me by phone on 01273 – 335681 or by email lynne.thomas@eastsussex.gov.uk
Yours sincerely
Lynne Thomas
