Great South Run
Sunday - October 25th 2009
Location Portsmouth (Distance 10 Miles)
For the first time in Esda's history we have secured a limited number of places for the 2009 Great South Run.
We are lookng for runners to join ESDA's Mark Bond and Claire Shipley for the race and would really like for you to get involved.
All we ask is that you pay a one off non-refundable deposit of £45 ( which covers our admin costs) and pledge to raise a minimum of £300 for the run.
In return we will offer you with full support in achieveing that target including:
- Sponsorship Forms
- Regular Newsletters leading up to the event and features for runners
- Running Vest
- Fundraising Support and ideas of how to fundraise
- An online donation page
- Certificate of completion
