Your voice in health and social care
The East Sussex Disability Association is invited to submit written evidence for a review of the East Sussex Wheelchair Service. Help with publicizing the review will be appreciated and the opinion of carers and wheelchair users is requested on the desirability of continuing the LINk Wheelchair User Forum after the review has concluded.
Wheelchair users and their carers are also invited to register as participants by sending contact details to the LINk office either by email wheelchairs@thecountylink.net or by post to Wheelchair Review, East Sussex LINk,1 Faraday Close, Eastbourne,BN22 9BH. Or Telephone 01323 514510
Registered participants will be asked to complete questionnaires and contribute to a Web Forum. Some participants may also be asked for an interview.
Registration for the review opens on 9th April and closes on the 30th July. The Review will close in September.
