How You Can Help Us
More than 250 disabled and non-disabled people work with us as volunteers. They undertake a wide variety of interesting, challenging and above all, fun jobs.
Many people volunteer with one of our 19 local groups. These groups and all the disabled people they support rely entirely on the helps and support of volunteers. Our local groups are looking for people like you to help them provide social activities, day trips and other support to disabled people in your area. They often need other people who can make more of a commitment to join their committee to help with the organisation of their activities. At the Centre in Eastbourne we are looking for people to help with things like gardening, reception and administrative tasks.
What you can do and how much time it will take?

| Help at a social event | 4 hours per month |
| Help on a day trip | 8 hours per month |
| Committee work | 4+ hours per month |
