Inclusion Enterprise
Over 11 million disabled people live in the UK
Their estimated total spending each year in the UK is around £80 million and they make up a significant proportion of those using public and voluntary services.
Yet many businesses miss out significantly in recruitment, customer and sales opportunities and many public and voluntary organisations don't provide as good a service as they would wish, simply because they are not accessible to disabled people.
Inclusion Enterprise is a unique service that has been developed from the personal experience of disabled people and the expert knowledge of the East Sussex Disability Association (ESDA). Inclusion Enterprise has been in existence for over five years building on our experience of providing DDA and Disability Equality Training.
In addition to training, Inclusion Enterprise has developed consultancy services that relate to legal and societal developments such as the Public Sector Equality Duty, and which are in line with ESDA's mission.
Inclusion Enterprise's professional and experienced team provides expert assessment, advice, training and support on the accessibility of your business facilities and services to disabled people.
We are interested in helping you find reasonable and practical ways of ensuring that your facilities and services are user-friendly for disabled people.
This inevitably will broaden your potential customer base and recruitment opportunities.
Inclusion Enterprise can provide a range of services that can be tailored to meet your requirements. These include:
