User-led organisations network

A ULO is an organisation that is run and
controlled by people who use support
services including disabled people, mental
health service users, people with learning
difficulties, older people, and their families
and carers. This network will explore what it
means to be a ULO, looking particularly at
values, power and knowledge.

Who is the network targeted at?

Chairs, trustees, chief executives and
service managers.

What will you learn?

Through implementation of the East Sussex
ULO toolkit you will learn how to transform
your organisation so you are led by users’
needs.

You can download the toolkit here:

www.eastsussex.gov.uk/socialcare/adults/puttingpeoplefirst/ppfprovidersinfo.htm.

Dates: 1 October, 25 October, and 5 January.
