Meeting Room Hire

The East Sussex Disability Association has a well equipped Meeting Room available for hire at it's centre in Eastbourne.

The Meeting Room is part of the East Sussex Disability Association's head office and Disabled Living Centre and offers a high standard of facilities and accessibility.

The Centre is close to Hampden Park railway station and about 200 metres from a regular bus route. The forecourt is strictly for disabled parking. There is unrestricted on-road parking in front of the venue.

A separate smaller Interview Room is also available which would be suitable for workshops, focus groups etc. (maximum capacity 8 - 10 people).

The rooms are not available for parties, public entertainment or other similar events.

Hourly rate: min hire 3.5 hours
Daily rate: min hire 6 hours
Computer, television & video £6.50 per session.
Evening and weekend use may incur an additional charge.

Catering

We can provide refreshments such as tea and coffee at £1.50 per person. The Meeting Room also has an accessible kitchenette. Outside caterers may be used.

Availability

The meeting room is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Evening and weekend use may be possible by prior negotiation. Priority will be given to disability related groups.
